Before registering, please ensure that these requirements are met. Click here to see requirements. The name AWANA is taken from 2 Timothy 2:15 (“Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.”) and is an acrostic meaning Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed. AWANA is entered around the gospel and has a high scripture content. The two components to AWANA are discipleship, which happens through scripture memorization both at home and at club, and evangelism as we strongly encourage children to invite their friends. Program Start Date and End Dates Every Thursday, September 19, 2019 to December 12, 2019, 6:30-8:15 pm  Every Thursday, January 19, 2020 to May, 2020, 6:30-8:15 pm  If you have any questions please contact us at FAQ 1. Does my child need a new uniform?   If your child is new to Awana, they will need a new uniform unless they are in Puggles. Cubbies and Sparks keep the same vest throughout their time in the programs. If your child is in T&T, they will use the green uniform for their grade 3 and 4 years, but the blue uniform for their grade 5 and 6 years.   2. Does my child need a new handbook?   If your child is new to Awana, they will need a new handbook with the exception of Puggles who do not need a book. If they are continuing from a previous year, they may finish their current handbook before ordering the next one. If you think your child will finish their current handbook before Christmas, please order the next one now. 3. As a parent, what is required of me? First, a commitment to bringing your child weekly to AWANA, and secondly, being intentional about helping your child memorize their verses through-out the week. Not only do we want your children to experience discipleship, but we want to help set them up to succeed when it comes to learning God’s truths found directly in His Word. 4. Can I get a refund if I choose not to attend? Unfortunately we can not refund you your money once your registration is complete. When we process your registration form we count on those funds when making orders to AWANA for club supplies. Contact:
