Monday Yoga Flow is our newest class where we will practice traditional yoga poses, linking movement with breath. The smooth transitions and repitition of movement can improve muscle tone and posture. Incorporating yoga props if necessary, we create opening though the body, mind and spirit. Some yoga experience will be helpful. Not recommend for acute injury. All props are supplied but it is recommended you bring your own yoga mat. You will need to register for each class you attend with this one time special offer.
